These hounds are 19-20 inches high and weigh about 49-55 pounds. They usually live about 10-15 years if they are cared for and fed and trained correctly. The breed should have glossy coats. Coat colors may be liver or black with white markings, liver, blue roan or black and white with tan markings. Many dog breeders and rescues can provide you with nice puppies.
